A Sample of Completed Projects
Take a glimpse at what we've done over the years
Sisters of St. Benedict Monastery
Also known as Monastery Immaculate Conception, this diamond in the rough is inarguably one of Indiana's greatest historic structures. Built in 1888, it features the fine work of German artisans, such as stained glass windows, hand-carved pews, and statues.
Due to the effects of water and improper repair attempts from previous contractors, the building required extensive measures to be restored to it's proper state.
Our scope on this project included:
-
Removal and cleaning of faulty caulking repairs
-
Tuck pointing historic brickwork
-
Below-grade waterproofing and structural repairs
-
Parapet wall and coping replacement
The Summit at Fritz Farm
The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, KY is a stunning, open-air shopping mall space. It combines fine dining, high-end retail, and apartments on the upper levels.
Multiple tenets, retail as well as residential, struggled with water intrusion despite the structure being relatively new.
Our scope on this project included:
-
Moisture/water intrusion detection
-
Brick replacement & tuck pointing
-
Through-wall flashing install
-
Weep hole remediation
-
Drip edge install
Historic Residence in Lafayette, IN
This 1880s Victorian home in downtown Lafayette required a wide range of services. Having taken on water damage over its many years, our part in the restoration of this residence ranged from the base of its stone foundation to the tops of its chimneys.
Our scope on this project included:
-
Below-grade foundation repair and waterproofing
-
Extensive tuckpointing and brick replacement
-
Chimney repair and installation of proper crown
Fairfield Inn & Suites, Jasper River Centre
A lovely new development in the German-tourist town of Jasper, IN - We were happy to participate in the buildout of the Fairfield Inn & Suites. This lodging location sits at heart of downtown, bringing together the city's finest dining, river/park strolls and access to seasonal festivities.
This buildout proved difficult, as our part in the project began and was completed in the months of January and February. Having been the harshest, rainiest winter months seen in the area in quite some time, it was required that we took extreme measures to ensure a proper work environment.
Our scope on this project included:
-
Industrial-grade, winterized encapsulation installation
-
Bond-beam installation
-
Complete elevator shaft buildout
-
Structural load-bearing CMU stair tower buildout
